This Luxury Stretch crepe chiffon is characterized by a puckered or pebbly surface with highly twisted yarns in the weft. Made with a plain weave. The crinkly texture of this soft and pliable crepe is very smooth.
The crepe effect on fabric surfaces is a kind of peculiar visual texture effect, which results from the shrinkage and torque of high-twist yarns in fabrics.
